Loveland Living’s Independent Living option is designed for individuals who are ready to embrace life on their own—while knowing that a helping hand is always close by. This level of support is perfect for those who don’t need full-time assistance but may benefit from guidance with day-to-day responsibilities.
Residents can receive up to five hours per week of personalized support from a Supported Living Coach (SLC), who can assist with:

Household tasks and routines
Independent Living residents must be able to live safely without constant supervision. With flexible supports that adapt to each person’s needs, this program empowers individuals to maintain their independence, build confidence, and thrive in their own home.

Residents can receive up to eight hours per day of personalized assistance from a trusted staff member. Supports are flexible and may include help with:

Loveland Living’s Live-In Supports provide individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities the chance to live in their own apartment with the reassurance of having a trusted staff member right there with them. This option offers around-the-clock support while preserving the comfort, privacy, and independence that comes with having a home of your own.
Live-in staff share the apartment alongside the resident, creating a supportive and welcoming environment where help is always nearby. Supports are customized to each person’s daily routine and goals, and may include:

Loveland Living’s Assisted Living Facility (ALF) provides 24/7 support in a warm, welcoming, and professionally managed residential setting. ALF living is designed for individuals who need ongoing assistance with daily tasks.
Residents in ALF receive comprehensive support and services, including:
